Crowd Law is a new concept that has entered the field of legislation and can pave the way for change in legislation. This process, which is a kind of complement to the traditional process of the past, gives the chance to the people and the elites into the field of legislation, and uses the participation of the people in order to achieve the best and most desirable result.

Transparency for Iran has tried to use the collective wisdom to develop a website based on successful international experiences that can pave the way for improving the quality of laws. This website is currently available to the public under the title “Crowd Law” at https://jamnevisi.ir. Crowd Law provides a platform for the general public, especially stakeholders and scholars, to participate in the drafting process of the country’s legal texts, a platform that seriously provides promotion and debugging of the legal texts of the country.
