Transparency gives us a new and larger approach to problem solving. Transparency alone will not solve all the problems of society, such as corruption and inefficiency, and this is only possible by achieving the relevant concepts involved. Explaining Transparency has complexities while it seems simple and obvious at first. Although everyone at all levels agrees on the need for transparency in all areas, when it takes on an operational form, dealing with several obstacles will appear. Therefore, defining this concept in different instances and in the context and requirements of each institution and organization, can better and more clearly determine the meaning of this phenomenon. One of the main ways to develop this concept and to use it to combat corruption is to train this conceptual network, and express its executive requirements. The steps being taken by Transparency for Iran in this regard are as follows:

  • Establishment of a virtual education system;
  • Holding face-to-face and online training courses;
  • Taking exams and providing a valid certificate;
  • Holding promoting campaign and public education to combat corruption;
  • Holding training courses for the country’s executive directors.
